All classes are in a small group of 2-4, so we can focus on your goals and your personal art journey. To achieve your goals, oil and acrylic painting classes last 5 – 8 weeks.

Group Sessions run during WA school terms.
Specialty workshops will run during school holidays.

Stoked to have finished my first oil painting! The relaxed atmosphere that Anna creates made the experience very enjoyable from start to finish. Small, personalised classes meant I could work at my own pace, on an image of my choice, learning core skills and getting as much or as little support as needed. Anna’s oil painting class is amazing! She makes everything feel easy and fun, even if you’ve never touched a paintbrush before. Anna is such a gem. Really accomodating, felt like I was painting with a friend. I had never touched oils but paint for fun in my spare time and felt like I had learnt so much in the couple of weeks I was there. She provided really good guidance and tips - especially around technique and colour theory which is what I wanted to know more about! I hadn't picked up a brush since I was a teenager so I was apprehensive (can I get a beginner-beginner's course please?).  Anna is an amazing artist, and an even more amazing art teacher.  I am learning so much and my confidence grows with each lesson.  Art class has quickly become my favourite night of the week. I am chuffed with my first attempt at painting in oils, achieved with Anna’s warm and encouraging guidance.
Anna is friendly, positive and vivacious. Lessons were always fun. Working in her lovely studio was an added bonus.
Now I need to practice a bit on my own but I’ll definitely be back as I have so much more to learn and I know Anna has so much more to share!
I definitely recommend Anna to anyone nervous about how and where to start putting paint to canvas, as I was, but for sure those who have already got painting experience will also get a lot from these classes.

I thoroughly enjoyed Anna’s beginner painting lessons and would highly recommend! I had never used oil paints before, but with Anna’s guidance, developed my painting skills and created a piece that I was delighted with. Anna has a beautiful and inviting studio full of incredible art and chatting to Anna was a large part of why her classes were so enjoyable as she is such a warm, vivacious and talented lady! As a complete beginner who has never painted with oil paints before, I was initially overwhelmed and unsure where to even begin. But from my very first lesson, Anna’s warmth, patience, encouragement, and genuine passion for painting made me feel at ease!
